Oh no! We’re sad to hear you want to return your new
ceramics. But we get it sometimes, they
just don’t fit with your décor like you thought they would.
If for any reason, you are not in love with your new ceramics, we are happy to refund your purchase within 30 days.
To be eligible for a refund, your items must be unused and returned undamaged in their original packaging.
To make a return, re-package the items securely in their original packaging. Please send us an email at sales@spiritwares.com so we can provide you with a return address. You are responsible for return shipping. We highly recommend you get a tracking number to ensure your wares arrive back on our doorstep. We are not responsible for items that go missing or are damaged during return shipping.
Once we receive your return in good order, a refund will be issued within 3-5 business days to your original method of payment. Please note that we only refund the cost of the items plus applicable taxes. We do not refund shipping costs.
